Add users, add resources, then start scheduling events to avoid conflicts. The goal of this simple app is to organize your workplace so you have less conflicts and get more done.
This app can be used in a many ways. The main way we see it used is to schedule time on shared resources with small to medium sized teams. Resources can be anything from office spaces, to conference rooms, to shared desks, to equipment.
The example above shows a typical day at a tutoring house. Tutors have timeslots scheduled through out the day in different rooms. If a cancelation occurs or something needs to be rescheduled tutors can easily find an open timeslot and update their session.
From the beginning Timeslot has been designed to be used on a phone. It is the easiest way to check the availability of resources while on the go. The Timeslot mobile view contains all of the features of the desktop view and can be downloaded to your devices home screen so that it looks and feels like an app. See the downloading the app section below for detailed instructions for how to do this on your device.
Each resource can be viewed individually to see what is scheduled for the week.
This view makes it easier to schedule time on a resource when the use date is flexible.
Timeslot is currently in it's very early phases and still has App Store deployments on it's roadmap. Until Timeslot is officially available on the app store the app can be downloaded to your home screen using the instructions below. Once the app is downloaded to your home screen it will receives updates whenever new versions of the app are available.
